I am a chick and want to make it in the game of Golf.

Where to start? Why not with the information about Golf on Wikipedia. They always give me the facts. Just the facts mam.

I want to play golf not to be a member of the “old boys club” but because it seems like a game that I would enjoy so much.

Being outdoors tranquil and serene. I like the whole idea of it.

I could get by without knowing how to drive a golf ball but why would I want to. Golf is great.

If you know it, you know something that other people do not know. Golf challenges you in every way. Before I play I have to get my mind right. When I research an item like how to drive a golf ball, I can get lost for hours. Golf is a combination of thinking and skill. Today, I just had to learn about how to swing a golf club because I have to get better. It’s the only way to go, really.

Being outside all day playing golf is great.

And I want to get better. Just a little better each day so that five years from now I can go to Pebble Beach and break 80!
